Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Seat guests promptly and efficiently
- Ensure guest areas and touchpoints are clean and sanitized
- Communicate effectively with servers and managers about party counts and seating arrangements
- Thank guests genuinely as they leave
- Assist servers and managers during busy periods
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times
