Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- committed to making a positive impact
- able to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
- ability to wear protective hand coverings throughout the shift
- ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- ability to wear protective face coverings or masks through the shift
- frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- experience in customer service preferred but not required
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- committed to providing excellent guest service
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile
- assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
- maintain overall guest flow of the restaurant
- transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- ensure cleanliness and organization of host station and dining areas
- communicate effectively with team members and guests
- adhere to health and safety protocols throughout the shift
