Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Inform guests of wait times and maintain wait lists accurately
- Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- Collaborate closely with store management and team members to foster a team environment
- Provide guests with an outstanding dining experience by embodying the CPK High 5
- Promote menu items with enthusiasm and knowledge
- Assist with seating guests efficiently to optimize restaurant flow
