Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age and willing to work hard and learn
- flexible and long hours required at times
- ability to stand during entire shift exerting up to 20 pounds as needed
- must be able to maneuver throughout dining and kitchen areas
- ability to reach overhead, carry trays, handle hot and cold beverages, bend below the waist
- able to communicate intentions to co-workers
- approach all guest encounters in a friendly and service-oriented manner
- continuously clean high-touch points
- maintain regular schedule compliant with business needs and covid-19 cleaning protocols
- maintain high personal grooming standards including wearing proper uniform and facial mask and gloves when required
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards beneficial
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and with a welcoming smile
- communicate accurate wait times to guests
- engage guests with suggestions and menu recommendations
- manage seating arrangements efficiently
- maintain cleanliness of high-touch points throughout the restaurant and restrooms
- comply with health and safety standards including wearing uniforms and masks when required
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
