- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with reservation management

- Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer skills
Job Duties
- Warmly welcome members and guests upon arrival and guide them to their tables
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor while assisting with seating arrangements
- Manage and organize reservations to ensure efficient seating and optimal table turnover
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to coordinate reservations and guest preferences
- Provide information about menu items, daily specials, and upcoming events
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and courteously
- Manage a waitlist during peak dining hours, providing accurate wait times to waiting guests
