Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor
- manage waitlists and seating arrangements efficiently
- sanitize and disinfect guest and team member touchpoints regularly
- present clean menus and assist guests with menu suggestions
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
- communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth guest flow
