Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to remain stationary and move continuously for up to four hours
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds safely
- capable of speaking clearly and listening attentively
- willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shifts
- ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies and frequently wash hands
- commitment to following all health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- teamwork and collaboration skills
- basic knowledge of food service operations
- capable of lifting up to 25 pounds
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and assist with seating
- support servers by delivering excellent guest service
- maintain smooth guest flow throughout the restaurant
- transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- comply with health and safety guidelines including wearing protective gear
- communicate effectively with team members and guests
- assist in maintaining restaurant cleanliness and order
