- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation when seating them
- Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume periods to accurately set guest expectations
- Introduce guests to servers to ensure seamless service transition
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of various guest touch points regularly
- Coordinate seating to optimize dining room flow and guest satisfaction
- Assist with reservation management and guest inquiries as needed
