Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be friendly and approachable
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation when seating them
  • Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume periods to accurately set guest expectations
  • Introduce guests to servers to ensure seamless service transition
  • Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of various guest touch points regularly
  • Coordinate seating to optimize dining room flow and guest satisfaction
  • Assist with reservation management and guest inquiries as needed
