- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Inform guests of wait times and manage the wait list accurately
- Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- Work closely with store management and team members to foster a coordinated team environment
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure memorable dining experiences
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host station and lobby area
- Support team efficiency by communicating guest flow and wait times effectively
