Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Engage in friendly conversation with guests to enhance their dining experience
- Manage the restaurant waiting list efficiently during high volume times
- Accurately set guest expectations regarding wait times and seating availability
- Introduce guests to their servers to ensure seamless service transition
- Regularly clean and sanitize guest touch points to maintain hygiene standards
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
