Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must be at least 18 years old

- Previous host or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly
- Seat guests efficiently and introduce servers
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods
- Set accurate guest expectations regarding wait times
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest touch points
- Sincerely thank guests upon departure and invite them to return
- Facilitate smooth communication between front of house and service team
