Job Duties
- greet and seat customers promptly and courteously
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area
- engage with customers by sharing information about Chuy's unique made-from-scratch menu
- manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- provide excellent customer service and ensure guests have a memorable dining experience
- communicate with restaurant staff to coordinate seating and guest flow
- promote a fun and positive atmosphere within the restaurant
