- Ability to greet and interact warmly with guests
- Excellent communication skills
- Capable of standing for extended periods

- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage

- Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Enthusiastically welcome and thank guests for choosing LongHorn
- Manage the lobby experience
- Work as a team to clear, clean, and reset tables for guests
- Coordinate seating arrangements efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host station
- Provide friendly and timely service to guests
- Assist in managing waitlists and guest flow
