Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation
- Guide guests to their tables promptly and efficiently
- Present guests with clean menus and offer suggestions to enhance their dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and safety by regularly sanitizing and disinfecting guest and team member touchpoints
- Thank guests sincerely for their visit, wish them farewell, and invite them to return
- Assist with managing guest waitlists and seating arrangements
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations
