- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles preferred

Job Duties
- Say something nice to every guest you meet
- Answer phones with a friendly greeting
- Go out of your way to assist every guest
- Make sure all guests are comfortable and cared for
- Exhibit teamwork
- Maintain a clean and stocked restroom
- Effectively maintain wait and quote times
- Give our first-time guests an extra special welcome
- Communicate with servers to ensure speedy table turns
- Work hand-in-hand with Door Coordinator to ensure guest service
