Job Requirements

Minimum age requirement as per local labor laws
Ability to stand for extended periods
Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Excellent customer service skills
Friendly and welcoming demeanor
Good organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a busy environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Basic computer skills for managing reservations
Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred but not required

Job Duties

Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm
Seat guests promptly and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining area
Engage with guests to introduce Chuy's unique flavors and encourage repeat visits
Manage reservations and waitlists as needed
Assist with answering guest inquiries and providing restaurant information
Support team members to ensure smooth operations
