Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Accurately manage the seating chart and assign tables to guests based on their party size and wait times
  • Provide menus and inform guests about specials or promotions
  • Answer phone calls, complete to-go orders, and assist with any inquiries or requests
  • Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including waiting areas and host stand
  • Collaborate with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • Manage guest waitlist efficiently during busy periods, ensuring a positive experience
  • Handle guest feedback and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assist with light cleaning and stocking as needed, including resetting tables by cleaning chairs, booths, and floors
