Job Description

Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods
Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Ability to wear protective hand and face coverings throughout the shift
Ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies frequently

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to follow health and safety protocols
Basic math skills for handling guest seating and orders

Job Duties

Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile
Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
Maintain overall guest flow of the restaurant
Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and comply with health and safety standards
Communicate effectively with guests and staff
Perform cleaning duties as needed to maintain restaurant cleanliness
