Job Duties

  • interact courteously with guests including answering phones, greeting guests, seating guests, making reservations, and taking food orders
  • uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area, and crowd control
  • learn restaurant seating layout, server area divisions, and food delivery procedures
  • set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to company specifications
  • learn curbside pickup process and takeout expectations
  • conduct side-work as required for each shift
