Job Requirements
- must be 17 or older
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- willingness to work as part of a team
- legal authorization to work in the country
- basic computer skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is an asset
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- basic knowledge of reservation and seating software preferred
Job Duties
- greet and escort guests to their tables
- manage guest reservations and wait lists
- provide friendly and welcoming customer service
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- assist in managing guest flow during busy periods
- support front of house team to ensure a positive dining experience
