Job Requirements

Must be able to handle money transactions responsibly
Must be able to multitask and act quickly
Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Prior experience as a host is a plus
Must showcase teamwork and communications skills
Must be a team player
Must have an active Food Handler's Card

Job Duties

Greeting, seating and escorting guests to their tables with a smile and welcoming comments
Open doors for guests arriving and departing
Accommodating any special needs of a guest ie
boosters, highchairs, disabilities
Process To-Go orders
Manage wait lists when the restaurant is busy
Providing menu recommendations and additional information such as our specials
Up selling additional products when appropriate
Taking orders
Communicating order details to the kitchen staff
Delivering food and beverages in a timely fashion to curb side pick up guests
Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the restaurant
Providing exceptional customer experience
Answering the telephone per SOP
