Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 17 years old
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Capability to handle high volume and fast-paced work
  • Basic proficiency with reservation systems
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Physical ability to stand and move throughout the shift

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 17 years
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Basic computer skills for managing reservations
  • Friendly and approachable personality
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and provide a great first impression
  • Escort guests to their tables efficiently and courteously
  • Manage reservations and maintain an organized waitlist when necessary
  • Collaborate with the front of house team to ensure smooth service flow
  • Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area
  • Support other front of house roles during busy periods
