Job Duties
- greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- manage the waitlist and update guests about their seating status
- ensure tables are properly set and ready for guests
- maintain a smooth flow of guests within the dining room
- provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and inquiries
- collaborate with team members to create a positive dining environment
- assist with other front-of-house tasks as needed
