Job Description

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews is a well-known, high-volume, full-service restaurant concept that prides itself on a laid-back atmosphere and a uniquely quirky vibe. Known for its "burgers beyond yumagination" and world-famous steak fries, Red Robin focuses on creating an environment filled with connection, fun, and generosity. This establishment emphasizes a sense of belonging by welcoming both similarities and differences, fostering a culture where everyone feels included and valued. Their mission is to make food fresh, service fun, and the dining experience memorable while ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Red Robin offers excellent growth opportunities, as many of their managers started as hourly team members, underscoring the potential for career advancement within the company.

The Host role at Red Robin is a vital position within the Front of House service team. As a Host, you are the first point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering a great first impression by displaying a friendly demeanor and escorting guests to their tables. Managing reservations and waitlists when necessary also falls under your responsibilities, ensuring a smooth flow of guest seating. The role demands exceptional customer service skills and a welcoming attitude, as you are essential in setting the tone for the entire dining experience. Hosts must be at least 17 years old to qualify for this position.

This part-time or full-time role comes with a competitive pay range between $15.00 and $17.07 per hour. In addition to hourly wages, hosts qualify for several benefits and bonuses, such as referral bonuses for bringing new team members, an employee stock purchase program available after one or more years of service with a minimum of 20 hours per week, and comprehensive health insurance options including vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage for those over 18. Additionally, eligible employees can participate in a 401k retirement plan with up to 4% company match after meeting service and age requirements, along with paid time off accrual based on hours worked after one year of service.

Working at Red Robin means joining a fun and energetic team environment where you have flexible scheduling options, opportunities for personal and professional growth, and a supportive culture that champions diversity and inclusion. Hosts also benefit from a 50% discount on Red Robin food and a 25% discount for family members, making it a rewarding experience both professionally and personally. Red Robin continuously accepts applications, aiming to engage great people who share their passion for unbridled hospitality. If you enjoy engaging with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to be part of a restaurant brand that values fun and memorable guest experiences, the Host position at Red Robin is an excellent opportunity for you to start or grow your career in hospitality.
