Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage waitlists using the establishment’s booking system to optimize seating capacity
  • Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain efficient table turnover and guest flow
  • Provide guests with accurate wait time estimates and accommodate special requests when possible
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any seating-related issues professionally and promptly
  • Assist in managing phone calls related to reservations and general guest information
