Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a host or hostess role preferred
Effective communication skills
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Must be personable and reliable
Availability to work in person

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a host or hostess in food service or restaurant settings
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
Experience in hospitality or hotel environments
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
Knowledge of guest services, serving techniques, and hospitality standards

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly first impression
Manage reservations efficiently using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS
Assist guests with seating arrangements and answer questions about the establishment’s offerings
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area to ensure a welcoming environment
Support guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
Use excellent phone etiquette when handling reservations or inquiries over the phone
