Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a host or hostess role preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be personable and reliable
- Availability to work in person

- Previous experience as a host or hostess in food service or restaurant settings
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Experience in hospitality or hotel environments
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of guest services, serving techniques, and hospitality standards
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly first impression
- Manage reservations efficiently using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and answer questions about the establishment’s offerings
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Support guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
- Use excellent phone etiquette when handling reservations or inquiries over the phone
