Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and waiting area
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff to ensure timely seating
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the establishment
- Manage waitlists and monitor guest flow during busy periods
- Assist with maintaining health and safety standards in the front-of-house area
