Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to walk, push, lift up to 30 pounds, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Willingness to work holidays and weekends
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Friendly and professional demeanor

- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Job Duties
- Meet and greet guests as they arrive
- Offer choice of seating and escort to the dining table
- Present menu to guests
- Read, maintain and make daily entries in the log book to coordinate communication between shifts and management
- Maintain proper set-up of the dining room
- Assist as needed or requested with service
- Receive records and make necessary arrangements for reservations and special functions
- Follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM Hotels' EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits and follow MSDS and OSHA standards
- Perform other duties as requested by management
