Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they enter The View and provide a positive first impression
- Manage reservations and efficiently seat guests, taking into account server rotation and section assignments
- Effectively communicate with the kitchen and servers to ensure a smooth and organized flow of service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand, lobby, and waiting areas
- Assist with managing waitlists during peak hours and estimate wait times accurately
- Provide guests with information about the menu, daily specials, and any promotions
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with servers and management to optimize guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
