Job Requirements

  • Must be 17 or older
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Good communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles advantageous

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their assigned tables
  • Manage reservations and maintain wait lists efficiently during busy periods
  • Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a positive first impression
  • Coordinate with the front of house team to maintain smooth seating flow
  • Handle guest inquiries and accommodate special seating requests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
  • Assist in the general upkeep and preparation of the dining area
