Job Requirements

  • Good verbal communication and phone etiquette
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to stand at least 4 hours per shift
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a team player and work well with management and servers

Job Qualifications

  • Good verbal communication and phone etiquette

  • Prior customer service experience
  • Highschool diploma or GED

Job Duties

  • Greeting customers as soon as they walk in the door
  • Guiding guests to their tables
  • Taking reservations and answering the phone
  • Quoting proper wait times
  • Ensuring guests are seated in a manner that allows servers to properly take care of the guests needs
  • Making sure the lobby stays clean and presentable
  • Complete any side works prior to the end of your shift
  • Any other duties deemed appropriate by your manager
