Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
- manage guest seating and maintain waitlists efficiently
- regularly sanitize and disinfect guest and team member touch points
- present clean menus and provide menu suggestions
- assist guests with special requests or accommodations
- thank guests sincerely and invite them to return
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the host stand area
