Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred but not required

Job Duties
- greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- manage guest seating and waiting lists efficiently
- ensure guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected
- provide clean menus and offer dining suggestions to enhance guest experience
- thank guests sincerely and invite them to return
- maintain a safe and welcoming environment throughout the dining area
- assist with coordination between guests and other restaurant staff
