Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Enthusiastically welcome and thank guests for choosing LongHorn
  • Manage the lobby experience to ensure a welcoming environment
  • Work as a team to clear, clean, and reset tables for guests
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to guests upon arrival and departure
  • Assist in coordinating waitlists and seating arrangements
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to optimize guest flow
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the host station and lobby area
