Job Requirements

- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation
- Guide guests to their assigned tables efficiently
- Present guests with clean menus and provide menu suggestions
- Ensure all guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected
- Thank guests sincerely at the end of their visit and invite them to return
- Maintain a clean and safe host station and waiting area
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth guest service
