Job Requirements

  • prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • ability to work flexible schedules to accommodate business needs

  • ability to handle multiple guests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
  • guide guests to their tables in an organized and friendly manner
  • present guests with clean menus and provide suggestions to enhance their dining experience
  • ensure regular sanitation and disinfection of guest and team member touchpoints
  • thank guests sincerely at the end of their visit and invite them to return
  • assist with managing waiting lists and reservations as needed
  • maintain a clean and safe host station area
