- prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversations
- seat guests and introduce them to their servers
- manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods
- ensure guest touchpoints are regularly cleaned and sanitized
- thank guests sincerely and invite them to return
- maintain high standards of safety and sanitation for team and guests
- communicate wait times and set guest expectations accurately
