Job Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- Ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail and multitasking capacity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Basic proficiency with reservation management systems is beneficial
Job Duties
- Greet every guest with a smile upon entering the restaurant
- Accurately quote wait times and manage reservations
- Attend to guests by providing special experiences
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure a flawless seating experience
- Offer a warm farewell and invite guests to return
- Focus on the team and guests ensuring every decision takes their needs into account
