Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation
- Manage the waitlist or reservations and seat guests promptly
- Guide guests to their tables and present clean menus
- Regularly sanitize and disinfect guest and team member touch points
- Suggest menu items to enhance guests' dining experience
- Thank guests genuinely at the end of their visit and invite them back
- Help maintain a welcoming and safe dining environment
