Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Seat guests promptly while managing the seating chart efficiently
- Ensure dining areas and contact points are regularly sanitized and disinfected
- Present menus to guests and provide information on specials and menu items
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to enhance the dining experience
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and timely manner
- Thank guests genuinely and invite them to return for future visits
