- Previous host or hostess experience in restaurant or hospitality required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Greets guests warmly and escorts them to tables balancing server flow
- Ensures table selection follows rotation and seating preferences
- Uses customer paging system when necessary
- Assists with seating requests and provides clean menus
- Relays guest information to service staff and requests customer feedback
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the host station and menus
- Answers telephone promptly and responds to guest inquiries
- Provides backup coverage for the host stand as needed
- Completes side work before, during, and after shifts
- Checks restrooms periodically for cleanliness and supplies
- Maintains t-shirt cabinet and storage area organization
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisors
