Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to remain stationary and move continuously for up to four hours
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds safely
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
- Ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies regularly
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally at the door
- Assist servers with exceptional guest service
- Maintain overall guest flow and seating arrangements in the restaurant
- Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- Adhere to health and safety standards including wearing protective coverings and frequent hand washing
- Communicate clearly and effectively with employees and dining room staff
- Ensure the restaurant environment is clean and welcoming
