Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to effectively communicate with others
- ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- ability to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
- ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- ability to wear protective hand and face coverings throughout entire shift
- ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- commitment to making an impact
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- ability to remain mobile and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- commitment to providing excellent guest experiences
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly at the door
- assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
- maintain overall guest flow of the restaurant
- transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- communicate clearly and attentively with employees and dining room staff
- adhere to health and safety standards including wearing protective coverings and frequent hand washing
- support team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
