Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Open and friendly personality with excellent customer service approach
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be capable of managing physical tasks including carrying and cleaning
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Job Qualifications
- Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required
- Mobility required throughout the entire shift
- Ability to transport and carry objects up to 15 pounds multiple times per shift
- Capability to clean and wipe down tabletops, table legs, booths and floors
- Ability to stand and move with well-paced mobility up to four hours
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Prior experience in hosting or related roles is preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet arriving and departing guests warmly
- Seat guests promptly and accommodate special needs including boosters, highchairs, and disabilities
- Manage the wait list during busy periods to maintain guest flow
- Assist servers by providing guest support as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining area
- Fill out the feature board and inflate balloons for special occasions
- Ensure all guest interactions reflect the company’s commitment to friendly and efficient service
