Job Requirements
- Must be 17 or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work flexible work schedules
- Basic proficiency in handling reservations and guest seating
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset

Job Duties
- Provide a great first impression by displaying a friendly demeanor
- Escort guests to tables
- Take reservations and manage wait lists when necessary
- Support the Front of House team with excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized host station
- Answer phone calls professionally
- Assist guests with any questions or special requests
