- willingness to learn and undergo training
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- manage the waitlist efficiently and communicate wait times to guests
- prepare and reset tables promptly to maintain dining flow
- stay calm and composed during busy periods
- work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent guest service
- maintain knowledge of restaurant layout and seating capacity
- assist with other tasks as needed to support restaurant operations
