Job Description

Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Commitment to making an impact
- Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks throughout entire shift
- Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap during shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is advantageous
Job Duties
- Greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile
- Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
- Maintain the overall guest flow of the restaurant
- Transport plates, glasses and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Adhere to health and safety standards including wearing protective gear and frequent hand washing
- Support a clean and safe dining environment
