Job Requirements
- All county required food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment
- At least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the US
- Ability to work in a standing position for up to 9 hours
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver up to 20 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience recommended, not required
- Familiar with basic knowledge of Snooze service
- Familiar with POS and iPad systems
- Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver up to 20 pounds
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- At least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the US
Job Duties
- Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area
- Welcome each Guest into our home and thank them when they leave
- Seat each Guest in a timely manner and effectively manage the waitlist iPad system
- If on a wait keep the crowd excited and having fun
- Answer phones, place to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system
- Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes
- Respond appropriately to Guest requests and communicate Guest requests to Server as needed
- Assist teammates as needed with food delivery and bussing tables
