Job Requirements

  • must be 17 or older
  • ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • effective communication skills
  • professional and friendly demeanor
  • ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is an asset
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to remain friendly and composed in a fast-paced environment
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • basic knowledge of reservation and seating software is a plus

Job Duties

  • provide a great first impression by displaying a friendly demeanor
  • escort guests to tables
  • take reservations and manage a wait list when necessary
  • maintain cleanliness and organization at the host station
  • communicate effectively with the front of house and kitchen staff
  • assist guests with inquiries and resolve seating issues
  • support the overall guest experience by ensuring timely seating and smooth flow of service
