Job Requirements
- must be 17 or older
- ability to deliver excellent customer service
- flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- effective communication skills
- professional and friendly demeanor
- ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is an asset
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to remain friendly and composed in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic knowledge of reservation and seating software is a plus
Job Duties
- provide a great first impression by displaying a friendly demeanor
- escort guests to tables
- take reservations and manage a wait list when necessary
- maintain cleanliness and organization at the host station
- communicate effectively with the front of house and kitchen staff
- assist guests with inquiries and resolve seating issues
- support the overall guest experience by ensuring timely seating and smooth flow of service
