Job Requirements
- Must be 17 or older
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle a high-volume environment
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Must meet health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude
- Team player with flexibility to work various shifts
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide a great first impression by greeting guests with a friendly demeanor
- Escort guests to tables efficiently and courteously
- Manage reservations and waitlist during busy periods
- Facilitate smooth seating to maintain front-of-house flow
- Deliver excellent customer service and assist guests as needed
- Support front-of-house team operations
- Uphold company standards for hospitality and guest experience
